Jason Guo’s Associate Consulting Experience:
I joined Capco through The Associate Talent Program (ATP). I was excited to join with a cohort of new or recent college graduates who were eager to dive into the world of consulting through this intensive 2-week training program. I had the experience to learn about the domains and solutions at Capco, core consulting skills, and meet new friends.
After ATP, I immediately dove headfirst into internal, community work to build a network and understand the many opportunities within Capco while I landed a client project. Capco offers many different opportunities, and it’s critical to share what you want with those mentors so they know how they can support you and your goals!
