After two weeks of immersive learning, our newest Associates have completed the first stage of their Associate Talent Program (ATP) journey. They've developed their consulting skills, collaborated with colleagues across the business, gained familiarity with Capco's AI capabilities and built strong foundations as they prepare to join client engagements.
