We had such a wonderful time at Capco India’s first-ever Alumni Event last week. The virtual room was full of genuine reconnections - colleagues catching up, conversations flowing effortlessly, and a shared sense of pride in how far we’ve come.

We reflected on Capco’s journey and the strides we’re making in AI, and we also heard the inspiring story of a “boomerang leader” - someone who returned to Capco and is helping steer our next chapter with renewed vigour. It was a powerful reminder of how our values - #BeYourselfAtWork, #MakeADifference, and #ActWithIntegrity continue to guide and unite us.
